1. Acceptance

By using stopful.com (“Stopful”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. What Stopful is

Stopful is a free tool for planning road trips on a map — adding stops, viewing routes and estimates, finding places to stay and charge, tracking a budget, and sharing trips. It is a planning aid, not a booking, navigation, or emergency service.

3. Estimates are not guarantees

Routes, drive times, distances, fuel/energy costs, weather, prices, charging locations and attraction suggestions are estimates for planning only and may be inaccurate or out of date. Some content is generated by AI (attraction ideas, and parsing of forwarded confirmations) and can contain errors. Always verify the details that matter — especially prices, opening hours, road and border conditions, and bookings — with the official source before relying on them.

4. Bookings and affiliate links

Stopful links out to third-party travel services. Any booking or purchase is a contract between you and that provider under their terms — we are not a party to it and are not responsible for it. Some links are affiliate links (see our Privacy Policy); we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

5. Your content and access

You’re responsible for the trips and information you add. Keep your trip share/edit links and (if used) your account access private — anyone with a trip’s edit link can change it. Don’t use Stopful to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Availability and “as is”

Stopful is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that your data won’t be lost — please keep your own copies of anything important (you can export trips from the menu). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Stopful.

7. Third-party services

Stopful uses maps and data from third parties (e.g. OpenStreetMap, OSRM, Open Charge Map) and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, each under their own terms and licenses.

8. Changes

We may update Stopful and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Questions: contact@stopful.com.
