Day-by-day · bookings appendix with confirmation numbers · free, no app

Phones die, signal drops, and some of us just plan better on paper. Stopful turns the trip you planned on the map into a clean printed itinerary — or a PDF for the glovebox folder — with one click and no app.

How it works

  1. 1

Plan the trip on the map

Stops, nights, bookings, notes — the printout is built from whatever the trip knows.

  2. 2

More menu → Print / Save as PDF

Stopful lays the trip out as a document and opens your browser's print dialog.

  3. 3

    Paper or PDF

Print it, or choose “Save as PDF” in the dialog to get a file. It works offline — nothing is fetched to build the page.

What's on the printout

A day-by-day itinerary with dates, who's travelling, and the total driving distance; your trip guide's overview and good-to-know notes; each stop with its nights and your notes; and a bookings appendix listing every reservation with its confirmation number — the thing you actually need at a front desk with a dead phone. Each stop also carries a Google Maps navigation link, so the PDF is tappable in the car.

Deliberately text-first

There's no map image on the printout — text prints sharp at any size, survives a black-and-white office printer, and is what you actually scan while standing at reception. The map stays in the app; the paper carries the facts.

A road-trip itinerary you can print — or save as a PDF — FAQ

How do I print a road trip itinerary with stops?
Plan the trip in Stopful (free, no account), then open the More menu and choose Print / Save as PDF. You get a clean day-by-day document — dates, stops, nights, drive distance, your notes — via the browser's normal print dialog.
Can I save the itinerary as a PDF instead?
Yes — in the print dialog choose “Save as PDF”. That's the built-in path; there's no export fee, watermark or app to install.
Does the printout include booking confirmation numbers?
Yes. Reservations added to the trip — including ones forwarded by email — print as an appendix with their confirmation numbers, so everything you'd need at a check-in desk is on paper.
Do I need an app or an account to print?
No. Stopful runs in the browser, printing uses the browser's own print function, and no account is required to plan or print a trip.

Or start from a blank map — Stopful shows drive times between stops, finds hotels and EV chargers along the route, and estimates what the trip will cost before you book any of it.
